Terms of Service — The Tesla Ref

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Tesla Ref website at theteslaref.com (the "Service"), operated by Wyandock, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

The Tesla Ref connects Tesla vehicle owners ("Users," "you") with potential Tesla buyers by promoting your Tesla referral link. When a buyer places an order using your referral link, you earn Tesla referral credits directly from Tesla, and we charge a service fee for facilitating the referral.

Important: The Tesla Ref is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. The Tesla referral program is owned and operated entirely by Tesla, Inc., and is subject to change or discontinuation at Tesla's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

Maintain accurate account information
Keep credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account

Notify us at support@theteslaref.com of unauthorized use.

4. How the Service Works

4.1 Referral Promotion

Referrals are processed first-come, first-served.

4.2 Referral Limit

Up to 10 successful referrals per user or Tesla’s maximum limit.

4.3 Referral Credits

Tesla awards credits directly. We do not control issuance or value.

4.4 Referral Balance Resets

Referral balances typically reset annually per Tesla policy.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Service Fee

Service fees apply to successful referrals. Pricing may change.

5.2 When You Are Charged

You will not be charged if no referrals are converted.

5.3 Payment Method

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

5.4 Refunds and Backfills

Cancelled orders are normally replaced.
Non-delivery within 90 days qualifies for refund upon request.
Replacement guarantee for failed referrals.

5.5 Failed Payments

Accounts may be suspended for failed payments.

6. Tesla Referral Program Dependency and Risk

The Service depends entirely on Tesla’s referral program. Tesla may modify or discontinue it at any time.

Risk Acknowledgment:
Tesla may revoke credits, suspend accounts, or terminate referral privileges. You knowingly accept these risks. We are not liable for actions taken by Tesla.

7. User Responsibilities

Your referral code must be valid and belong to you.
No fraudulent or unlawful activity.
You are responsible for related taxes.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Immediate suspension for non-payment.
Termination for fraud or violation of Terms.
You may cancel anytime; outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Wyandock, LLC. Tesla trademarks belong to Tesla, Inc.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

11. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wyandock, LLC for claims arising from your use.

13. Privacy

Governed by our Privacy Policy at theteslaref.com/privacy-policy.

14. Modifications

We may update or discontinue the Service at any time.

15. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

16. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
